• Registration info — phone number and password
• Profile info — name, photo, bio, religion, education, profession, and financial details you choose to share
• Identity verification — government ID photo and selfie, stored encrypted, used only for verification
• Messages — private conversations between users (encrypted)
• Usage data — login times, pages visited, profile interactions
• Payment receipts — we never store card numbers

We do not collect sensitive religious, ethnic, or political data beyond what you voluntarily enter on your profile.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Display your profile to other users based on search criteria
• Deliver private messages between users
• Verify identity and award verification badges
• Manage subscriptions and payments
• Prevent fraud, spam, and inappropriate content
• Improve the platform and fix technical issues
• Send important account notifications

3. Data Security

• All data transmitted with TLS 1.3 encryption
• Database protected by Supabase Row-Level Security — each user accesses only their own data
• Identity documents stored in secure private storage
• Passwords are never stored in plain text
• Staff access to user data is restricted and audited

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only in these cases:

• Other users: information you make public on your profile
• Service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) — all under privacy agreements
• Legal requirements: when required by a valid court order

We never sell your data to advertisers. Your private messages are never used for advertising.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of all your data
• Edit: update your profile information at any time
• Delete: permanently delete your account and all data (via Account Settings)
• Opt out: stop using the service if you disagree with this policy

To delete your account: Log in → Settings → Delete Account

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use only essential session cookies required for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

7. Children's Safety

Zojestan is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover an underage account, it is immediately removed.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or email. The last updated date is always shown at the top of this page.
